No Returns or Refunds

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

All sales are final.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a review of your case.

To request assistance, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Send an email including:
    • Your order number
    • Your last name
    • 3 clear photos of the damaged item

🔍 Resolution Process

Once we receive your claim, we will review it and contact our supplier.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund, if approved by the supplier

🚚 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are included in the price of the order and are non-refundable.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted
  • Incomplete requests (missing photos or order information) will not be processed
  • Scrubito reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the above conditions
